Hello...

                       I'm Sarah, a qualified

counsellor with a professional focus on helping clients navigate loss and grief. I have held the hands of loved ones in moments of final goodbyes and received the unexpected,  devastating phone call that someone has died. I have had the privilege of caring for patients and their families through palliative and end-of-life care, as well as supporting teenagers and young

adults during cancer treatment. I have also volunteered for a national bereavement charity. Whilst I may not know exactly what your journey through grief looks like, as it is unique to each of us, my experiences have inspired a genuine passion for being there when others need support the most.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love slow, cosy days — especially curled up by the fire with my dog, and the TV remote never far away! I’m also committed to continuing my professional development, regularly reading and attending short courses or webinars.

In sessions, I hope to provide a compassionate space where you can talk freely and at your own pace. I listen, validate your feelings, and support you in exploring your grief in a way that feels right for you. Imagine you’re holding a puzzle, the pieces scattered and unclear. I won’t take it from you; instead, we’ll sort through the pieces together to see how they start to fit.
